Today we mourn the passing of a dear friend to Rockland County, Congresswoman Nita Lowey. On behalf of myself and the entire Rockland County Legislature, I extend our sincerest condolences to her family and friends, as well as the former constituents on whose behalf she so tirelessly worked.
